The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve.
By signing the Covenant, PRG recognises the valuable contribution that serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families make to both our industry and the wider community.
As part of this commitment, we aim to support the Armed Forces community through employment opportunities, guidance and mentorship, while also promoting initiatives that help service leavers transition into meaningful careers. We will also continue to raise awareness of important support networks and mental health resources available within the industry.
Signing the Covenant marks an important step for our business, and we are proud to stand alongside organisations across the UK that are committed to supporting those who serve our country.
PRG will also be exploring the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, beginning with the Bronze award, as we continue to develop our support for the Armed Forces community.
